Spicy Lime Chicken Recipe

I have another great recipe for you. Come on, have I ever let you down with a recipe before? No, cause I only post the best. This spicy lime chicken came for the Dream Dinners Cookbook. I’ll post the amounts for one dinner (suppose to feed 4-6, I think) and you can do the math from there. But trust me, this one is good.

Spicy Lime Chicken

Put six boneless, skinless chicken breast in a freezer container

Add:
1/2 cup chicken broth (oops, I forgot to add this…oh well)
zest of one lime (no zest on hand…its good anyway)
1/3 cup lime juice
2 Tablespoons of oil
2 Tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon garlic
1 Tablespoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon thyme (I never buy thyme, so I skipped this)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon pepper

Toss in freezer. To cook, defrost and grill.

So quick, so easy.  Just be ready to break up fights over who gets the last piece.
