How to:
Mix up a batch of your favorite meatball recipe. I use the Fix Freeze Feast recipe.
Take cheese sticks, and cut into eight pieces each.
Flatten a meatball-sized amount of meat onto your hand, and place a hunk of cheese in the middle of the meat.
Roll meat around cheese.
And voila. A cheese stuffed meatball!
This is seriously so easy, a seven year old can do it!
Now tell me your mouth isn’t watering at the thought of meatballs, bursting with a hot pocket of melted cheese?
Notes: I always cook these on cooling racks, so the grease drips down. I cook a huge batch of these, let them cool, then move to fresh cookie sheets. I fill the cookie sheet, freeze the meatballs over night, then transfer into zip-lock freezer bags.
