I know you want some of these yourself, so here’s the recipe:
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour
1 package dry yeast (or 1 Tbs.)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Heat in sauce pan
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
until butter almost melts. Add liquids to flour/yeast mixture.
add 2 eggs, beat on low for 30 seconds, then on high for 3 minutes.
Stir in 2 1/2 to 3 cups more flour.
Knead until smooth and elastic (I knead in my mixer).
Put in greased bowl and let rise until double.
When double, punch down. Divide dough in half, roll each half into rectangle. Rub each rectangle w/ softened butter, sprinkle w/
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon mixed together.
Roll up rectangles, slice, place on greased pan. Let rise until doubled again. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.
Enjoy!
