Avi just before her first birthday.
Seven years ago today, in a speeding ambulance somewhere in Tacoma, this sweet baby girls was born. Three days later she was in our arms and in our hearts.
Beautiful, tenacious Avi who never waits for anything if she can help it.

Always full of adventure and action. Avi is lively and bright. Loud and determined. She is a strong, strong little girl.

Avi is currently refusing to allow me to take photos of her. I hope soon to have some great updated photos, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
Tomorrow we will celebrate Avi and Apollo’s birthday with a party. For now Avi is just relishing her special day.
And we are relishing our beautiful one-of-a-kind daughter.
